Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

The “trick” is to be IN Christ. Many people think that when you die, that God is going to put our good and bad works into a scale and which ever outweighs the other, that will determine where we go – Heaven or Hell. The only problem with that is, that NO SUCH IDEA EXISTS IN THE BIBLE!

The truth is that God will put you on one side of the scale and his Son – the Lord Jesus Christ on the other. If you have lived as righteous a life as HIM, then you’ll go to heaven. Any honest person at this point would think, “well, that’s impossible!” That’s exactly right! That’s why the Bible states without a doubt – For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23

SO… any church, religion or Christian denomination that insists on GOOD WORKS as part of your salvation is asking something that the Bible says we can’t do. NO ONE can be good enough to go to Heaven! – if we could, then why did Jesus have to die on the cross?

I’ll show you how it works:

He has already paid what you owe! A person would be a fool to double pay for a debt that was already paid!

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23

If you understand this and reckon it to be TRUE, then why not simply stop what you’re doing now and ask HIM to forgive you and receive HIM as your saviour. Once you’ve received HIM, the scale will be balanced and you can go to heaven because you have received HIS goodness.

THINK ABOUT IT! I didn’t mention one word about being baptized in water, coming to church, giving money, or any ceremony. ALL THAT YOU NEED TO BE SAVED IS JESUS CHRIST!

Don’t let some religious man (or woman) in a funny outfit fool you! Believe the source of all TRUTH – The BIBLE!

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
John 1:12

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Galatians 2:16

Now, after that, if you’d like to be around some others that have also received HIM as Saviour and learn more about the One that paid your debt, then come to church.
